Lesson 2.4: Printing from the Web

   

  

 

1.                   

Click the Start button.

 

 

2.                   

Click Internet Explorer.

 

or

 

Click Programs, and then click Internet Explorer.

 

 

3.                   

Use a search method of your choice to look for a topic of interest to you and browse to a Web site listed in the search results.

 

 

4.                   

Click the File menu and then click Print Preview. If part of the Web page does not fit entirely across the width of the page, click the Page Setup button () and then select the Landscape radio button in the Page Setup dialog box. Click OK to return to the Print Preview window, and then click the Print button to print the page.

 

 

5.                   

Click the Back button to see the search results that the search engine provided for you. Click another hyperlink regarding your topic.

 

 

6.                   

Place your mouse at the beginning of a paragraph of text. Click and hold the left mouse button and drag your mouse to select a few paragraphs of text.

 

 

7.                   

Click the File menu, and then click Print.

 

 

8.                   

Click the Selection radio button and then click Print.

 

 

9.                   

Close Internet Explorer.
