The default Links toolbar in Internet Explorer is located to the far right of the Address Bar text field. To browse the available links, click the double arrow to expand the Links toolbar:

 

 

 

 

Then simply pick the Link from the list you want to view by clicking on it. Internet Explorer will display the particular Web page.
