Lesson 1.4: More About Toolbars

   

 

 

Sometimes it is possible to have too much of a good thing! You can disable a toolbar you don't need or no longer use. For example, if you don’t want to display the Google Toolbar anymore, follow these steps:

 

Under the View menu, point to Toolbars and then click the toolbar you want to remove that has a checkmark beside it. The toolbar will disappear, and all other toolbars will arrange themselves automatically. You can also point to the empty space to the right of the Standard Buttons toolbar, right-click, and then select Google Toolbar again. The toolbar will reappear.
