Lesson 2.2: Searching the Web

   

 

 

 

Instead of launching the Search Companion to search for a particular Web page or resource, you can simply type in the keyword or phrase you want to search for right into the Address Bar text field. For example, if you want to search for information about Antarctica, simply type “Antarctica” into the Address Bar text field and click the Go button or press Enter on the keyboard:

 

 

 

 

Internet Explorer's default search engine, MSN, will search for Web pages that are relevant to the term “Antarctica.”
